grammar-quiziconI’ve run across some interesting word choice problems in the past few weeks. A reader sent me a note about one and others came up in my editing. Most of the time, such word choice mistakes are typos, but sometimes writers confuse two words that sound alike or two words that are close in meaning but not quite the same.
